The Evil Midnight Bomber What Bombs at Midnight or simply Midnight Bomber is a psychotic pyromaniac who appears to suffer from an extreme case of schizophrenia. He walks around with a bag full of bombs labeled “Bombs”, and desires to be known by the public as a great supervillain. In his first appearance in the show (The Tick vs The Tick), he plots to destroy a superhero night club called “The Comet Club” with a lot carefully placed explosives, until he is thwarted by the Tick and Arthur.
