While it is never explained in his first, and only appearance, Cal “The Ferret” Dalton has super strength and the ability to fly, along with one of the oddest costumes ever consisting as it does of what looks like a ferret’s head pulled over his face so that he has a pair of ferret eyes staring out over his own.
It was revamped as the Ferret in the Protectors series.
