Noble was a Navy officer who was caught in a sinking submarine and he did not drown. He later discoverd a undersea civilization called Neptunia. After several adventures in World War 2, he was named Neptunians’ ruler. Noble carries a magical cutlass that can cut through anything and prevents him from aging. He is married to Nia Noble (Daughter to U-Man) and was a member of the New Invaders.
