Hammond Carter AKA The Globe is a super villain obsessed with maps and plots crimes by latitude, longitude,time zones and the shape of land-masses. He stayed off Batman’s radar until his men stole a hundred-year-old jewel-covered globe from the British Museum. It actually belonged to Ra’s al Ghul and Batman defeated him while fighting Al Ghul’s ninjas who came to retrieve it.
