Biography
As a kid, Kenny Liebman became Fight-man’s sidekick but was disfigured in an explosion during a battle against the original Hooded Eye. Kenny believed Fight-Man was responsible so he took the costume from The Hooded Eye vowed to get his revenge against him. The Hooded Eye later became engaged to Fight-Man’s ex-wife Beverly Lacoco. The Hooded Eye did a lot of work with Doctorangutan in developing the technology to transfer super-powers between people, which he presented to Beverly as a birthday gift. After Beverly received her powers she killed him in cold blood.

Superior Intellect- The Hooded Eye possess intellect far superior to most other people. He uses this to develop a power transferal machine.
