The Mayor of Super Hero City is a well-intentioned fellow, skilled bureaucrat, and ally of the Super Hero Squad. He dedicated the wall that separated Super Hero City from the villains serving Dr. Doom.

The Mayor although partially tone deaf (literally) sports a pair of magical music shoes given to him by Dr. Strange.
