The Moon Man

Origin

The Moon Man was a weird figure who wore costume consisting of a black robe, black gloves topped by a spherical helmet made of slightly mottled one-way glass, so that it resembled the moon, that prevented anyone from seeing his face while letting him see clearly.

He was really Detective-Sergeant Stephen Thatcher who was also the son of the Chief of Police of the city where he lived.

As the Moon Man Thatcher acted as a modern day Robin Hood, stealing from wealthy criminals (and usually leaving them dead) and giving to the poor.
