Mandy was a rebellious member of the Front Line and didn’t’ agree with Masterson‘s use of FX7 and his choice of Josh Carver as a new member of the team.
The day Carver passed through the nasty Room of Nightmares, where the drug would completely kick off, she was victim of a terrorist attack and died when his vehicle was used as a car bomb. Despite her enhanced physiology, her body was easily destroyed. Masterson found out that some chemicals compounds were used in the attack that target especifically human tissue. It was named Disgel and only the Russians could have used it against Mandy.
