Professor Solomon Seltzer has always been a genius. He started talking while he was still in the womb, was reading and solving math problems before he could walk, graduated magna cum laude with a bio-mechanics degree before his friends reached kindergarten and was a billionare by age ten. He is the brains behind the scheme that made supervillains the ruler of the world (eliminating the heroes). After the superheroes were gone and the world was split into five pieces, he claimed North and South America.
His former ally Mister Rictus never liked The Professor and the fact that he got stuck with Australia didn’t help matters. Rictus banded together with the other 3
rulers of the world and plotted to kill The Professor. He succeeded in killing Solomon but was stopped by The Killer before he could take over the Americas.
