Origin
The Sniper’s first high profile victim was intended to be Steve Rogers soon after he first retired as Captain America. However the hitman for hire was fooled by a S.H.I.E.L.D. Life Model Decoy and soon apprehended by Nick Fury and Dum Dum Dugan.
