Unaffiliated to any goverment, the Test was an unpredictable metahuman who had railguns for hands. He was one of the few superhumans from the world of Peter Cannon.
He was killed by a doppelganger of Peter Cannon, Thunderbolt who didn’t liked his sense of humor. The test ended being a big stain on the wall, similar to a Rorschach test.
The Test was an analog to Rorschach/Question, but his visuals have more in common with the Creeper, another Steve Ditko creation.
