A little green alien that has supposedly come across the Universe to watch Earth’s civilization to evolve and become a member of The Galactic Alliance of Sentient Beings.
He makes a wager with his robot companion (whom calls him The Voyeur) that the lady he is watching (the prostitute that becomes The Pro) that she can become a super hero.
