Tiberius Koenig

Origin

Koenig’s life began as the youngest of seven brothers. His family was poor, and his entire family showed no love for him. As the one saurian in a family of lizards, he was singled out for mistreatment by his brothers and parents.

One day, having bottled up all of his hate and resentment for years, it all came flying forth when young Koenig lashed out, bit off his brother Gaius’s hand and gouged out his brother Quintillus’s eye. After that, he killed both his parents and assumed control of his home.

From then on, Koenig’s fury only grew. With it, his cunning and intellect. Years passed, and he became the most powerful crime boss in all of France.

• Foresight: Tiberius Koenig is a master planner. He is able to concoct plans that will pay off days, weeks, even years onward. He is able to predict the movements of his enemies and the outcomes of events as if he were clairvoyant. In actuality, he is simply skilled at predicting outcomes.
• Superior Strength: Koenig is massively muscular, towering every one of his opponents. Even the hugely muscular Inspector Archie LeBrock. One well placed punch from him is capable of knocking over or even knocking out all but the hardiest opponents.
• Vast Intellect: Koenig is knowledgeable on many topics, including law, culture, dead languages, economics, psychology, and criminology.
• Marksmanship: Koenig is proficient in the use of firearms.
• Hand to Hand Combatant: Even though he is untrained, Koenig is a formidable opponent in unarmed battles.
• Ruthlessness: When it comes to meanness, Koenig is unmatched. He does not simply kill his enemies. He tears their lives apart, ruins their reputations, murders their families and burns down their houses.
