Origin
Vowing that no man would ever control her and that marriage was for the weak and foolish Tigresa del Bajio became first a bandit and then the leader of one of the largest bands of bandits in Mexico. Her reputation and influence was swiftly growing without rival until one day she killed Captain Jose Negrete, the brother of Adela Negrete which led to her becoming Adelita y las Guerrillas, the two fought for years until they found they had to become allies against the dictator Victoriano Huerta, from this a complicated love/hate relation grew, not made any easier when Tigresa fell in love with Adela’s love interest Juan Sin Miedo.
