Unit DLN-00A/Time Man
As timely as his name sounds, Time Man was actualy not completed in time to be revealed with the rest of the Robot Masters. Just as all of the Robot Masters were created for a specific purpose, Time Man was to be created for a pretty unique reason. He was origionally meant for testing the theories of time-travel. Instead, he was secretly taken away by Dr. Wily who had a different purpose in mind. Under Dr. Wily’s hand, Time Man still desplays the characteristics in which he was built to have. His fixation on “time” makes his punctuality a primary part of his being. His being punctual only fuels his seriousness, and demands clock-like precision in others.
