Why or how Hank Loem became the Timekeeper is unknown ,all that is known is he is a scientific genius and inventor .He led the A.I.M. `s outpost in Venture Ridge ,Wyoming and discovered a new power source he called Broadcast Power.Able to give or augement anyone or power any item he chose .He also discovered another power source in Venture Ridge but this time it was alittle girl named Holly-Ann Ember .Whose parents were John and Mary Ember ,John was the Sheriff of Venture Ridge .Using the Broadcast Power he created a immprentive shield around the town for two months .Holly-Ann unconsciously tapped into her power and summond She-Hulk,Storm,Tigraand the Wasp to help the town due to supplies were running out .She-Hulk was badly beaten by the Timekeeper`s girlfriend (enhanced by the Broadcast Power of course)as a warning to the other heroines .They attacked the Timekeeper`s army  with the help of  Sheriff Ember and the townspeople .The Timekeeper blasted Holly-Ann `s parents ,Holly tried to summond her power to kill the Timekeeper but couldn`t summond it She-Hulk then defeated his girlfriend . The Timekeeper said he would kill Holly but during all the commotion ,her father jumped on the Timekeeper knocked him out and apprehended his allies .
