Timothy Quail was an advertising executive who was forced to assist a crime boss in the planning and orchestration of his various plots. Despite his timidity, Timothy had an uncanny ability at problem solving. He eventually regained his freedom but quit any involvement with anyone who might want to use his services. He posed as a vagrant and/or hermit to avoid furher trouble.
