The Toad Air Marshal is the Supreme Commander of the Toad Military forces who views Captain Bucky O’Hare as his personal nemesis, although Bucky doesn’t think much of him. Toad Air Marshal seems to be short and stocky even for a Toad and is obsessed with earning medals for what ever reasons he can think up. He was briefly removed from his position by Komplex for his repeated blunders only to regain it after his replacements, Frix and Frax, screwed up worse then he usually does. During this time out of the services he attempted to get back on Komplex’s “good” side by conquering the planet Canopis III alongside Sly Leezard, their plan failed.
