A 51-year old man trapped in the body of a 2-year old. The man dubbed as “Toddler” by Ellis was thought to be a telekinetic. However, he and Sam discovered almost too late that it was his sister who was hiding in the closet who was a telekinetic and Toddler is a cyronic with, presumedly, the ability to control cold. He and his sister were either captured or killed by Sam and Ellis, it wasn’t clear.
