Origin
Tom Tom and Skank kill a man with downs Syndrome and quickly after Skank is beheaded by the Crow. Tom Tom gets off a shot but has his feet cut off at the boot tops. While he slowly bleeds to death he admits to the crow for kicking Shelly Webster in the head and raping her before he took her engagement ring. He gives it to T-Bird who then sold it to Gideon Resale.
Creation
In the film the Crow Tom Tom is a composite of both Skank and Tom Tom. Tom Tom is also at the rape of Shelly not Skank. Also in the film Tin Tin is the one who sells the engagement ring not Tom Tom, Skank or T-Bird
