Tomax is the identical twin brother of Xamot Paoli, he is a co-founder and CEO of Extensive Enterprises along with his brother. Extensive Enterprises is one of the many business fronts for the highly secretive criminal terrorist organization known as Cobra. His brother Xamot has dyed black hair and a vertical scar under his right eye. It is highly rumored that Tomax often switches places with Xamot, using make up and a wig to complete the façade.
