Tony the Gut was one of the few not gunned down with the Franco Bertinelli family. Being the most respected of the mafia gang he became leader but in it’s weaken state after Franco’s death he faced risk of take over by other mobsters. The two biggest were run by Grey Tiger and Madrgora. The Gut was able to win out when the Grey Tiger and his men were seemingly killed by Omerta the Silencer, a little while later the Huntress killed Mandrgora. Â

Once The Gut was in command of the waterfront things went well for a while but when his old friend from New Jersey known by the Brick Wall asked him to work with him to build the waterfront up into condos he refused. It was this refusal that got him killed when the Brick Wall killed him himself and took over the waterfront.
