Theresa ‘Tracy’ Burke was a famous photographer and journalist but problems dealing with alcohol led to her leaving that career. She was later brought out of retirement by Carol Danvers to become co-editor of Woman Magazine. Years later, now working at Tech Support magazine, Tracy encountered Carol again and noted she herself had developed a problem with alcohol and drinking. She confronted her over this issue, but was unsuccessful and tried to have Tony Stark talk to Carol about it.
