 His first aperence in this series is not a physical aperence at all. When Taurus Bulba is defeated momentarily by Darkwing and Gosmo Duck, a movie explaining why he took over St. Canard (to get the Gizmo Duck armor) plays. At the beginning, it says it is a Tuskernini production.
