Twitch is just a small time hood who wears large round glasses like Harry Potter. He thought his gang was real tough because he was able to scare a store clerk into giving him a cherry slush for free. One time Twitch ran into the Beetle and the Beetle literally held him over the sky scrapers of Chicago by his shirt from the hatch in his bug. He held him there until Twitch spilled the beans about his gang.
