Ulyro was a member of the Superman Revenge Squad who attacked Superman by giving Supergirl Virus-X and then irradiating her bloodstream to accelerate a feeling of sleep deprivation that turned her into a rampaging Supergirl. Superman eventually cured Supergirl of both afflictions and Ulyro was executed by the Revenge Squad for his failure.
