Origin
A student at Cambridge who was fascinated by the occult, Veronica Delacroix met John Constantine when she and her girlfriend Georgiana Snow were attending a punk show in Manchester. She and Constantine soon began an affair, during which she became a member of Mucous Membrane and got more and more deeply involved in the occult. Soon she began falling through the cracks of reality, losing her ties to the real world as a result of having anchored herself neither firmly in the realm of magic or logic. Abandoned by both Constantine and Georgie, she ultimately vanished, apparently dying after accidentally attempting to displace her soul.
Creation
Veronica Delacroix was created by James Tynion IV, Ming Doyle, and Riley Rossmo. She made her first appearance in Constantine: The Hellblazer #2.
