Veronica Diaz used her knowledge of Mexico’s history to help Spider-Man stop Itzpapalotl after she was awoken from her imprisonment. She pointed out that the Jade Mask was what initially imprisoned Itzpapalotl and that is should work again. The mask did work and Itzpapalotl was defeated.
