Origin
The Vice Agent was a costume individual that had Turk and two of his men doing jobs for him. The Vice Agent was intimidating and told Turk and his men that they were paying him for tuition and he would lead them to bigger and better things. He would keep most of their earnings and made plans to to see Turk again in a few hours to collect another payment. Turk and his men decided to buy some hardware so they could take out the Vice Agent. Daredevil discovered Turk with the gun dealers at a local dock and took down the party. Turk explained to Daredevil that they were buying the guns to take down the Vice Agent and not the man without fear. Daredevil confronted the Vice Agent while he was shaking down two men in an alley. Daredevil flipped over the Vice Agent and crushed his wrist blaster because he knew it was a fake because he could hear no buzz of electricity or moving parts from it. Daredevil unmasked the individual and realized he was just a bully posing as a masked criminal. Â
