United States Vice President Marion Alstott was kidnapped off Air Force Two by members of a secret society called the Arcadians. The Arcadians wished to return America to greatness. They held the Vice President hostage, forcing the U.S. Government and the Freedom Fighters to retrieve American artifacts across the country. To show the government they meant business, the Arcadians chopped off one of the Vice President’s fingers.
