Victor is an anarchist poet who lives in Paris. Many years ago, he was about to suicide, but Araxe‘s astral projection prevented him to do so. From that day, he became her lover and the protector of her sleep, preventing anyone to disturb her. He is a dreamer and is loved by many people in Paris. He is also an expert on the city’s underground environment and with this knowledge he helped Harlan Draka several times.
