Victor was the leader of the Savate Ninja, a group of ninja that operate in the New York City. When the Shredder awakes in the XXI century, he seek control all the city. For this, his first main objective was eliminate his rivals. Because this, the Savate Ninja were one of his objectives, among the criminal organizations of New York. When the Savate Ninja were captured by the Foot Clan, Shredder decapitate to Victor and all the Savate Ninjas.
