He was host of “Astro” on Metropolis’ community channel 13 WCCS. He was obsessed with seeing what lies ahead in the future. So much so that he used a gyroscope-type time machine to view the future. Little did he realize that a rift in the time-space continuum caused the world of Kamandi to meet Metropolis of 1983.
