Viktor created a his own function tank out of a bulldozer and robbed a Century City bank. He was foiled by the Green Hornet and Kato.
Twenty-five years later he resurfaced and stole his invention, planning to go on a rampage ending in his own death. He was again foiled, this time by the Hornet’s son and Kato’s daughter Mulan.
