X marked Vincent for his crimes but Ghost thought he might have information she could use about her death. In her attempt to find it she confronted Vincent who knew nothing about her death. In an attempt to kill her and get away he ends up killing himself. As he tries to stab her he cuts the ropes that held a heavy object that crushed him.
