Currently the Xebel Queen, her kingdom located in Dimension Aqua. The Xebel are an enemies of Queen Mera.
Creation
V’lana was created by Bob Rozakis and Alex Saviuk for use in DC Comics. Her first appearance came in Action Comics #539 which was released in January of 1983.
Powers and Abilities
V’lana is an amphibian, capable of breathing underwater due to gills on her neck. She is also capable of telepthy, though on a limited scale as it is mainly used to talk to other Atlanteans. V’lana can also increase the density of water, to create missiles out off water, turn water into different shapes and hardness.
Weaknesses
While V’lana can breath above water, after a while out of water she will weaken and eventually die.
