Origin
When Volta’s electricity powers manifested, they were too much for her. Electric bolts would fly from her body as she screamed for people to get out of the way. She was rescued by her nation’s sovereign, Doctor Doom. He gave her a vibranium spear, which she could use as a lightning rod, channeling her power through it rather than let it wildly arc off her body.

Power & Abilities
Electrokinesis: Volta generates electricity which arcs randomly from her body.

- Appearance: Volta has blue skin.
