Von Ghastly hosts a tv show that shows horror movies, to the outside world he was a joke and got sick and bored of the same old. He found away to tap into a power that gave him abilities , like super strength. He then started a cult that he rules over, and he kills them on live TV for ratings and as sacrifices.
