Warden Randall belies the stereotype that all prison wardens are hard and cruel. He is extremely friendly and concerned for his wards. He was even noted by Wolverine to be “sweet and kind”. Every day, he would broadcast (via viewing monitors in the inmates cells) statements like, “Dare to be honest and fear no labor!”. This advice was aimed at improving their character. Â
The prison Warden Randall runs contains such villains as The Leader, Baron Heinrich Zemo, The Abomination, and The Shocker.
