Nothing is known of Wes beyond the fact that he is the man that pulls Rick, Glenn, and Michonne into Woodbury. He takes their weapons at the command of Martinez and stays at the wall to pick off any zombies that may have gathered at the commotion Rick’s arrival may have had at the Woodbury gates.
Like the rest of the citizens of Woodbury, it is not known what ultimately happens to Wes.
