White Cross was created by Paul Jenkins and Jae Lee in 2000 and first appeared in Sentry # 4.
Powers
White Cross has yet to be shown using whatever powers or abilities he possess. It has been assumed, due to the streamlined nature of his costume and the goggles he wears, that he may have some combination of flight and super-speed.
