Will Stern was a New York City news anchor before being fired when he relieved himself on the air. He then got a job as a cameraman, since no one would hire him as anchor after his incident.
During Siege, Stern helped Ben Urich try to bring down Osborn with the truth about the invasion of Asgard by interviewing Volstagg and driving them to Broxton, Oklahoma where Asgard was currently situated.
