Willie is a lifelong thief who is constantly in and out of jail, and now prison. He is a pickpocket and an escape artist, having escaped detention on multiple occasions. He shared a cell with Hal Jordan when Jordan was doing time for DWI, and thus knows Jordan’s identity as a Green Lantern. His case worker is Guy Gardner.
