Willie and Wally Rat were cousins and partners in crime. Appearing in Dandy Annual 1939, they made the mistake of attempting to rob a building guarded by Dan the Night-Watchman, who captured the overconfident pair as they left the building with their stolen loot. Dan tied their tails together and handed them over to the authorities.
