Overview
Charged with keeping law and order in the Kaiser’s ranks, Wolf General is a psychic necromancer who takes it on himself to hunt down Eva Grey when she apparently murders some of the Kaiser’s men in order to cover up her sisters involvement in the Kaiser’s murder.
