Woof was a genetically modified criminal often paired with Ghoul. When Batman attacked the Jokerz headquarters, Ace chased Woof away. He later appeared to be working with the other Jokerz under Chronos.
Powers
Woof was spliced with DNA of a hyena which granted him enhanced physical attributes. However, it seemed to have an adverse effect on his intelligence. Later, while working for Chronos, he was shown to have robotic arms.
