Curtis Jackson was an overweight college student attending Harvard University. After losing his scholarship, he was desperate to earn money and volunteered for a number of different medical tests.
When he showed up at the Wunderpro diet company he lied about all the experimental drugs in his system. Curtis was injected with their new weight loss formula and it produced strange results. His metabolism raced, he instantly lost weight and became super-fast. Unfortunately his super-speed did not come with super-fast reflexes. Curtis wears athletic padding to protect him as he bounces from one object to another and tries to cash in on his new found powers.
