Alexander “Xander” Payne, is a leader of the “Emerald Spears” anti-robot terrorist hate group. Xander is a violent fanatic that will stop at nothing to rid the world of robots (especially Robot Masters such as Mega Man), and any humans he believes to be robot sympathizers.
