Xilo is an Omega-level mutant from the planet Arakko, a member of the Great Ring, and First Defender of the Broken Land. He has the power to transform into a worm-like mass that consumes earth and reforms it, making barren land fertile again, as well as being able to create massive structures out of the ground.
