Yellow Jacket

The man who would become Yellow Jacket started out as just another young man from America, (specially Mississippi) who fought in the first world war.

However when his whole squad was killed by a German bomb save for himself he was profoundly changed, staggering out the crater he for some undisclosed reason took the name of another man in his squad Pvt. George Clark.

More than 10 years after the war, when his fiancé was killed, he donned a mask and a black and yellow fireman’s coat to hunt down those responsible, having done that he continued in this guise to help those who could not help themselves during the Great Depression, he soon became known as Yellow Jacket.

Apprehended by the law in 1939 and sentenced to death, Yellow Jacket got a reprieve when he was taken into the OSS during World War II.

After that his history becomes clouded with the demise of Shooting Star Comics.

However creator Scott McCullar hopes to continue his story in “Thrill Seeker Comics”
